Rules & Race Mechanics

  • Official race winners for each distance category will be determined based on gun time, unless otherwise specified by the Event Organizer.
  • Prize winners must personally report to the Winners Report Tent within 10 minutes of the release of the official race results.
  • To be eligible for prizes, participants must be officially registered in the event registration system and present a valid government-issued or acceptable photo identification before claiming any award.
  • Failure to provide valid identification upon request may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize entitlement.
  • Participants who wish to question or verify their official time must immediately visit the designated timing support team at the event venue following the race.
  • If a timing checkpoint fails to record a participant’s passage or a timing discrepancy is identified, the Race Organizer reserves the right to validate and determine the participant’s official time using data from the nearest recorded timing checkpoints and other available race records.
  • Runners must remain on the designated race route at all times. Leaving the course and rejoining at another point is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
  • Only officially registered participants are permitted on the racecourse. Unauthorized pacers, escorts, or unregistered individuals are strictly prohibited.
  • Receiving pacing, physical assistance, or any form of support from unauthorized persons while on the racecourse may result in disqualification.
  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to amend, interpret, or supplement these rules and regulations whenever necessary to ensure the safe, fair, and successful conduct of the event.
  • All decisions made by the Race Committee regarding race operations, timing, results, eligibility, and rule enforcement shall be final and binding on all participants.

Entry Registration & Fees

  • Participants must complete the registration form with accurate and up-to-date personal information, including a valid emergency contact.
  • Registration fees may be subject to additional charges such as processing, online service, and delivery fees, where applicable.
  • Race entries are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and remain available only while slots last.
  • Participant information cannot be modified once the race has officially commenced.
  • All registrations are final. Entry fees are non-refundable and race slots cannot be transferred to another participant.

Winner and Podium Awards

The top-performing runners in each race category will be recognized during the awarding ceremony. Podium awards will be presented to the Top Three (3) Male and Top Three (3) Female finishers in the following distances:

  • 30KM – Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female
  • 21KM – Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female
  • 10KM – Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female
  • 5KM – Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female
  • 3KM – Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female

Safety Guidelines

  • All participants are required to follow the directions and instructions of race officials, course marshals, medical personnel, and authorized event staff throughout the event.
  • For the safety of everyone on the course, skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, strollers, pets, and other wheeled or non-authorized devices are not permitted unless specifically approved by the organizer.
  • Face coverings, masks, or costumes that conceal a participant’s identity or significantly extend beyond the natural body shape are not allowed.
  • The Event Organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, suspend, or cancel the event, in whole or in part, if weather conditions or other circumstances pose a risk to the safety and well-being of participants, staff, or spectators.
  • Participants instructed by race officials, medical personnel, or government authorities to stop or withdraw from the event for safety or medical reasons must do so immediately.



The following items are strictly prohibited within the event venue and along the racecourse:

  • Firearms, knives, ammunition, pepper spray, or any other weapon.
  • Fireworks, explosives, flammable liquids, or other hazardous materials.
  • Large coolers, tents, oversized bags, or bulky equipment that may obstruct the course or other participants.
  • Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or prohibited substances.
  • Drones, unmanned aerial devices, selfie sticks, or professional camera equipment that may interfere with the event.
  • Animals or pets, except where required by law for approved service animals.
  • Any other item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the Event Organizer or security personnel.
